This is a great resource full of actionable steps to take when designing something new or improving something you've already shipped. I've already referenced it a handful of times in the past few weeks for some projects I'm working on.

These are great. I have learned so much through Thoughtbot's resources over the years. These are well curated content. I am a visual learner, so I think creating videos on these valuable content will be awesome too.
