We're a small UK-based team (full of real athletes) who are developing an app dedicated to all areas of cycling training. Whatever pains you can think of related to your training, we want to solve them. Pillar is still at an early stage. The first feature we've built is an adaptive training plan. Pillar will generate a dynamic training plan for you based on your fitness, availability and training goal. CUSTOM TRAINING PLANS Get your personal training plan based on your goal, your training level, and availability. Whether you want to climb a mountain or compete in an upcoming sportive, Pillar will give you the right training plan to get there. Move sessions around if you can’t make a certain day, or don’t feel up to it. Add days you’ll be away or unable to train in advance. Have your programme tailored to you, and not the other way around. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS Check out your performance condition, including metrics such as readiness score, freshness, and training load, as well as your power curve, to get a better idea of where you are in your journey towards your goal. JOIN CHALLENGES Join challenges that suit you, such as a monthly distance goal. Track and share your progress with your friends, whether they use Pillar or not. WORK TOWARDS YOUR GOAL Be at your best for your upcoming event or personal goal. Further down the line (but not too far - think months), we've got huge plans. The Pillar team is creating features such as a dynamic nutritional plan, in-app 1-on-1 coaching, a place for clubs and communities, training rewards, and more.
