Good question Amin. I believe employees should not be forced to stay online if they finished all the work already or just want to take well deserved break without worrying to get punished.
I believe mental health is more important nowadays and if thats an only usecase this tool can bring. I am more than happy to be part of it.
@footer My work laptop is set by policy to sleep and log me out after 10 mins of inactivity. Since I primarily use a different laptop when working, I am constantly having to log back in to my work laptop when I need it. I use a powerscript to keep it alive so it doesn't keep logging me out.
@storm_develop Besides, hopefully, they are paying people to accomplish stuff and get stuff done. If one is doing so or even outperforming other employees, they are getting what they paid for. A valuable employee isn't one who merely sits in a chair for an allotted time.

When I started to work from home I encountered a situation where I needed to go away from the desk or simply read an article for a long time without any interaction with my computer.
Unfortunately, the status on the chat changed to inactive after a minute of not touching a mouse. That was really annoying and I wasn't feeling okay to take a break with Away status.
Or even worst my PC started to log off and I had to enter the password again.
So I decided to create software to simulate real mouse movements. Today I am happy to share it with you for free.
I've shared a complete source code so it's crystal clear that there's no weirdness behind it! Also, it guarantees to be virus-free!
