@swaldy Do you mean since the first launch 6 months ago? The app is completely revamped from a design and utility perspective and most of the functionalities we stated above are new!
@jacobo_koenig2 I think I got confused by product hunt my bad. If I click "See Doshi ’s previous launch →" at the top of this page, it makes it look like its the same launch again as the product is updated.
Congratulations on the launch! This is pretty cool. I've just installed the app and going to play around a bit. But wow, it is a well built, beautiful app! Love the aesthetics used. As an AI enthusiast particularly in love with the NFT creator. It does such a good job. Curious of this was based off OpenAI's Dall-E API or some other API?
@sasank Thank you so much Sasank! It's a different methodology but same underlying system for generative AI.
@renato_shira Its slighly hard to explain in comments. We only allow the private key to be shown to advanced users to ensure its not misplaced or subject to scams. This is not an issue in case the wallet is reset, as we can **non-custodially** reproduce the private key with your web2 login. It's a very cool innovation in the space, we belive!
Although I'm an adult this was useful for me to get a gentle intro to crypto wallets

Question 0: is this the right channel to engage with you guys or do you have any social media or discord channel for example.
1. What is your target audience? Is it especially for kids (+13) or not necessarily? And why did you decide to go in this direction?
2. What is your business model?
3. Is there or will be a 'family' membership? (e.g., including parental control just to name one potential feature).
4. Are you already in the market? When can I start using it?!!
5. How can we help? What are you looking for? beta users, investment....?
If I have more questions, I'd probably ask again, but this is all for now.

1. We are open for everyone, but we mainly we want to allow people over 13 safe access to the ecosystem. They are one of the most motivated groups of people, but also one of the most underserved!
2. We're 100% free for the time being. We might opt in the future to gamify the experience and offer paid customisations and such, but don't want to close the doors to anyone by asking for payment of any kind at this point.
3. Yes!! Keep your eyes open. Coming soon!

@wekh haha! There's always going to be a place for a technical player like MetaMask, where semi-pro's feel at home. But Doshi is more about being the training wheels of web3. Definitely less intimidating than MetaMask 😌
@rrhoover Thanks, and great question Ryan. It's the UX. If you ask GenZ-ers, they'll tell you that they are curious about web3, but there are 2 barriers to jumping in: 1) They find it way to confusing or they don't know where to start, and 2) They struggle to find a safe and comfortable workaround to the fact that exchanges require them to be over 18.
Doshi is better for GenZ-ers because it functions as the training wheels for crypto. It's easier to onboard than pretty much any wallet out there because it doesn't require them to know anything in advance (like what is their private key and how to safeguard it), and it also allows them to jump right into learning, creating and exploring with features like fantasy trading, a learning academy, requesting crypto gifts from family in one click, and free NFT creation.
There's so much more to say, but I'd love it if you just saw it for yourself. I'm proud of the experience that the team has created and I hope you'll like it too!
