If this is as good as the Churn Bible you've launched previously, I can't wait to read it 🤩

Hey there! Measuring account health is a long, arduous, and ever-changing journey. In my 15+ years of experience, I’ve seen many SaaS businesses fail because they didn’t know how to assess their relationship with their clients and prevent churn-leading behavior. I don’t want you to become one of these companies, so I’ve put together this comprehensive guide to show you how to: - reduce churn - improve new customer acquisition through referrals - increase your revenue through upsells and cross-sells - improve your product over time - get to know your customers better and educate them on how to best use your product. However, I know from experience that learning and applying all this at once can be overwhelming. That’s why at Custify, we offer concierge onboarding, a program where we work together with our customers to help them achieve the best results. Throughout your first weeks with us, we’ll use our years of experience to help you get the most out of our product/service. I hope this ebook will reveal many interesting insights. I’m looking forward to chatting to all of you about any questions or curiosities you might have in the comments. Regards, Philipp

Love this guide-- the reason is for its simplicity. Health scores can be complicated but they don't need to be. Health scores are super helpful for identifying accounts or customers that might be at a greater risk to churn.
