Birthday or leaving do coming up? Passing a paper card around for everyone to sign is impossible right now. With Thankbox you can do it all online. Each member of the team can add messages, images, gifs and even cash to the group card.

This solves such a big need right now. I've been through so many websites that have been built to celebrate a birthday or an occasion. This really takes away that effort. Do you plan on allowing video messages as well?
Alex Marten
@raunaqvaisoha Glad you like it Raunaq! And yes, video messaging is something we're hoping to implement :-)

As someone who has been part of several Google Slides "cards", this is a far better solution

Haha, I know! A few users have said this has saved them from manually compiling PDFs 😬

This is an innovative concept mainly when we are working from home. Congrats on the launch!

***CAPTAIN'S LOG, ANTARCTIC CIRCLE, NOVEMBER 1920*** The bitterly cold wind whistles at my door like a dreadful spirit from the underworld. I haven't seen another human face for nigh on three months. The work is harsh and unrelenting. I'm on my fifth Zoom meeting of the day. The only source of light is my Macbook Pro, twinkling in the polar darkness. Supplies are running low - my Excel spreadsheet has nearly reached its line limit - and it seems unlikely that I'll make it through to December. And now: disaster has struck. My trusty companion Alfred has announced his imminent departure (via Slack) and it seems that we will be unable to bid him farewell in the manner to which we have become accustomed. But lo! A miracle! My butler Randolph has alerted me (via Houseparty) to the existence of a curious website called Thankbox, which enables remote teams to work together to create a unique leaving card featuring messages, images, gifs and cash contributions from the team. Perhaps all is not lost after all, and dear Alfred will receive the send-off he so rightly deserves. ❄️ As a little thank you for putting up with ^that^ nonsense, use coupon code SHACKLETON for a 20% discount until the end of December ❄️

@agwmarten Hi there, has anything changed since this was launched 6 months ago?
Alex Marten
@leandro8209 Yes, the product has changed hugely! Main changes are as follows: - Thankboxes can be customised with a range of different styles (previously there was only one default style) - Thankboxes can be downloaded so recipients can keep them forever - Thankboxes can be scheduled for a later date - A reminder system has been added to schedule reminders to create Thankboxes in future - The user dashboard has been completely overhauled - All the copy on the website has been rewritten and an explainer video has been added
Leandro
@leandro8209 @agwmarten Thanks for clarifying. So it's clear to the community that this is an update, I'm marking it as 2.0. It's what we usually do. All the best with your launch!
Alex Marten
@leandro8209 @agwmarten Cool, thanks :-)

We needed a retirement card for someone who had been with a number of Group businesses during the last 30 years. Due to remote working, circulating a normal card in the usual way would have been impossible - Thankbox solved that problem for us perfectly. This is a great product that I would highly recommend. Excellent support too - I received a really fast response when I had a question. Many thanks, Thankbox!!
Alex Marten
@tracy_barker Thanks for the kind words Tracy, really happy we could help :-)
