@rrhoover When a teen signs up we ask them what there skill sets are. We then on our side have a ranking for there skill sets from 1-10. Based on the experience they put on there profile we set a base level for each skill. Then if they participate in a project and show off that skill we increase it. Teens that have shown that they are exceeding in a skill set they are featured for that reason. They other way is if they have a new and noteworthy item in your shop it is featured as well.

@nhuebecker This sounds really cool! I'll be interested to hear success stories, both from teenagers who sold services and those who hired them. As a teenager, I'll definitely look and see if there is something I can do on here.
