We made this COVID-19 Case tracker Chatbot because the information about the number of COVID-19 cases in your country/state/region is still not easily accessible to a lot of people. The data dashboard which displays this on the full global map can be very overwhelming and confusing. Especially if you want to check these number more frequently. This Chatbot uses Microsoft Bing COVID-19 Data API as the data source. The Bing team has curated this data at a very granular location level and they update this data very frequently.
