Tability is a smarter, simpler way for teams to stay aligned around outcomes without making it feel like a chore. Plan, track & work on your goals in a simple and easy way – all from one place.
@bogomep please do 🙏 I got introduced to OKRs in my previous job (Atlassian) and loved to switch our focus on outcomes rather than outputs.
The issue was that we had lots of tools for project management, but very little to keep track of goals in a collaborative way. We're here to change that!
Not only is the product wonderful, the mindset of Tability is more than just a standard OKR tracker. It's really focused on Outcomes over Outputs and what helps a high performance team develop meaning in their work.
I've been following @stenpittet for years and you can see the thoughtfulness and consideration he has put into the product.
@barryhand Thanks for the support! You captured really well what we're trying to do. We don't want to limit it to OKRs – instead we want to build a true collaboration platform, but with outcomes at the center.
This is such a great product that can help make other great products & services. I've been following this product for a while. A+ on both team and product. Great job @stenpittet
Great simplification of Tability @stenpittet! You've made them very approachable. Do you plan to keep it free or start charging for it at any point in time?
Hey @giri! It's free up to 10 users, but we charge beyond that. We designed a pricing structure that's easy on small teams, and scales softly for larger ones.
- Up to 10 users: Free
- Up to 100 users: $99/month
- Up to 300 users: $299/month
We don't do per-user pricing, except if you want SAML SSO (in which case support needs tend to be higher too).

Hey Product Hunt!
Sten here from Tability. We’re super excited to be launching the new version of Tability, a simple goal-tracking platform built for collaboration. A lot of our customers are using it for OKRs, and we’re pushing further to become the source of truth for top priorities.
The problem we’re tackling is simple: staying focused is freaking hard 😰
We all get dozens of meetings, hundreds of emails, thousands of micro-interruptions every week — which takes our attention away from the things that matter. You can try spreadsheets and docs, but they get lost and are hard to maintain.
Our solution: automate accountability
Tability puts goals at the center of team collaboration while making it easy to see if the work you're doing is having the right impact.
✓ Plan, track and review goals asynchronously with your team.
✓ Automate weekly reminders to keep priorities top of mind.
✓ See at a glance what’s getting off-track.
✓ Turn OKRs/goal-tracking into conversations.
✓ Zoom in and out of your business at-will.
All while keeping the process as simple as possible to keep both managers and the team happy.

Are you using OKRs or tracking goals in spreadsheets? Let us know what you think!
Hey @stenpittet , congrats on the launch!
The biggest pain in most OKR tools is the need for updating the KRs manually by entering data. Are you planning to build integrations with other products to automate the KR tracking? For example: If the goal is to get "25 5-stars on Google Play" can this be tracked by integrating to Google Play? This would eliminate the need for manually entering data.
@bahadir_efeoglu we have 2 projects in the backlog for this:
- direct integration with data sources
- API/push URL to update things remotely
With that being said we're a bit cautious here. Fully automated OKRs just become KPIs as they lose the human interpretation element. OKRs work best when they're used a way to have weekly focused conversations on progress.
I think it'd be great for us to offer automated KPIs side-by-side with your OKRs though, as they complement each other.
@new_user_3324976ae5 Notion is great (we use it) but there are a couple of reasons why we'll make your life easier for OKRs:
- Simplicity: Notion is powerful but you have to become a template sommelier to craft a good OKR template.
- Accountability: we automatically send weekly reminders to update progress on your goals.
- Same data, different views: you can switch between our plan, track and work mode in just one click. Each view is built for a specific purpose.
- Automation: we generate reports, graph, and notify you of any relevant activity.
We built Tability with Product teams in mind – I'd love to share more about our UX decisions but we think *a lot* about keeping teams productive.
@nataliekarakina would love to hear your feedback once you try it. Once Notion allows iframes we'll be able to embed our content inside of Notion pages (already doing that with Confluence).
