So excited 🤩 to be here sharing this gamified product, gently produced by Inooster team.
We're a bunch of people, working on gamification based products since 2016 and want to create a better work environment with all game mechanics to affect positive changes in all workplaces.
We felt awkward in project management that so many of our teammates are having problems with bad project management and instead of workload. Then we dug into the deepest to understand exact pain points and create solutions with the great world of gamification.
🚩 Pain points
Poor estimation and prioritization, failure to report barriers, lack of teammate recognition, not updated issue management, lack of performance measuring, ineffective meetings and poor participation, having multiple tools and licensing.
So we’ve focused on these points and targeted Jira to start a gamified journey to help teammates for a more agile workplace.

Great launch, wish you the best! Do you plan to have similar addons for Trello and/or MS Teams?
@helvacilar Thanks a lot Arda! We have a widerange gamified root, waiting for the next integration target. There is a detailed roadmap here, including Trello, Slack, Confluence, Teams and so on. Within a couple of weeks, we'll announce the next step I hope.
Great idea to make the agile teams more productive with gamification. It seems that the product has appealing features like daily meeting scheduler and integration with Jira. Good luck to the team!

I don't know much about gamification, but thanks to the product, the subject of gamification also caught my attention. Badges and their logic of use look pretty amusing. The success of traditional project management depends on the dedication, motivation and follow-up of the teams. On the other hand modern project management solutions could not go beyond bringing extra workload. It really seems to be a life saver for companies with large or small teams. It is a pleasure to witness the excitement of Synergy, which seems to be the compass of team leaders at a time when "efficiency" is now the most important principle.
We all know that private life work balance is the most important demand for an employee. Products that facilitate efficiency and workflow, such as Synergy, will have a positive impact on an employee's private life. An effective employee will be able to enjoy his job even more and devote more time to his private life and his/her family. The fact that s/he easily solves the problems that seem difficult in his/her task will make him/her more confident than before.

An excellent product for companies using Jira. It is possible to create rules suitable for all task types. The daily meeting for teams is detailed and perfectly designed. Kudos build works great. Transaction processing time works almost real time. It's really a great educational and very entertaining project management for users. 👏👏👏
