Chip and Dan look into the phrase "People hate change" as they thought their findings had a funny way of showing it!

This is a great book. The elephant & driver or head, heart, and path model for creating change is a super useful mental model.

I've read this one. The most productive idea from the book is the idea of "Bright Spot". If we are trying to make some strategic change, "bright spot" refers to the idea of first finding what's 'already working'. Instead of starting from the start, we can find out what works already and amplify from there and replicate the strategies to quickly create massive change. At least the idea was helpful for me for sure.
