What is Swair?
Swair is an all-in-one communication hub that is a task management tool, client portal and payment gateway.
๐ค The problem
If you're a freelancer or customer, have you had to deal with multiple communication channels to work on one task? Email, dropbox, slack, Whatsapp, the list can go one. Because of this there is no unification of information, files and conversations, so communication becomes fragmented and it's easy for mistakes and disorganisation to impact things.
๐ก The Solution?
Based on my own experience dealing with contractors, I wanted an all-in-one hub to serve as the place to not only work on tasks, but serve as a portal into the work, so I can be kept up-to-date on what's being done and not make a job out of keeping informed. And so, Swair was born from my own frustration and desire to improve communication and collaboration by providing a common workspace that satisfies the needs of both sides. It allowed me to make better informed decisions with less effort and reduced the level of anxiety on the job.
๐ Let us know what you think!
Swair is FREE to use for clients or those not wanting to make use of payment features.
I hope you find it useful! Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback ๐

Thanks for the question :)
Basecamp is great at helping teams stay aligned and be productive but I think it could do more in supporting the client experience. Swair attempts to focus on this by simplifying the outward-facing aspect of tasks and addressing the common pains that clients experience. That's why I've added the ability to white-label projects, with your own logo, color scheme and a subdomain, to enhance the experience. I've also built-up the invoicing and payment features (using Stripe) to make it more of a one-stop-shop for clients.
