Hi @satoruitter ! This looks interesting. Can you quickly explain how does it differ from AirBnB or Outsite?
@doomhammer Thank you for your question. The huge difference between Airbnb and Anyplace is the nature of the business. Airbnb is optimized for C2C and short-term stays, whereas Anyplace is optimized for B2C and long-term stays (housing). Airbnb doesn’t usually accept instant bookings for stays of 30 days or more, so customers have to communicate with multiple hosts to explain the purpose of their stay and provide proof of income to secure long-term accommodation. We, on the other hand, only work with professionally managed properties and provide customers with a screening system (checking customer credit score, criminal record, eviction reports, etc. immediately online) and a real-time availability check, so for the long-term stays, our booking process is much easier than Airbnb’s.

This is awesome. This hits on what others like Sonder miss. For this to really work at scale there need to be ~somewhat~ affordable options that truly make nomadic living possible for the longterm.

@satoruitter If I may suggest, it would be a good idea to change how addresses are displayed. Firstly, I as a user, won't need to know the exact address until I've paid. Secondly, I found a property from the homepage and this is how the address appears "Jl. Penestanan, Sayan, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia". I feel like the only relevant info here would be Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.

I've been using Anyplace for over a year and it's fantastic! Thank you @satoruitter for bringing this into the world, it's exactly what I needed. I get a cute tiny room in Little Italy, housekeeping once a week, all utilities included! Couldn't ask for a better housing situation.

I should have thought of Anyplace before I signed a 2-year lease in Manhattan. An expensive mistake! I love Anyplace's flexibility.
What a brilliant idea. Looks great, would love to use it in future. One thing I would suggest is making the message about being a minimum of 30 days on search more visible - the standard black text can be lost. :)
