Hey fellow Product Hunters! šŸ‘‹ I am Gaurav, co-founder of SuprSend. I am super excited to bring SuprSend to all of you. First of all, huge thanks to @kevin for hunting us! šŸ™Œ We as developers build and maintain many services in code, one of them being notification service. In the last 5-7 years, API to user communications have exploded across SMS, email, chat apps, mobile and web push. As a consequence, notification service handling them has become quite complex. Developers spend time to build integrations with multiple providers, create templates for each channel, manage scheduling and routing based on preferences, maintain queues to deliver notifications on time while managing scale. Besides, product teams have poor visibility on notifications as everything is inside the code and spread across different teams. Me and my co-founder Nikita Navral (@nikita_navral1) built similar service in all our previous companies, and felt the urge that this layer should be abstracted once and for all. Hence, we built SuprSend to help developers setup a reliable and scalable notification infrastructure within a day. And with our SDK and dashboard, new notifications on all channels can be added in less than 5 minutes. šŸ”” What SuprSend offers: šŸ”ø Ready integrations with vendors across all channels - sms, email, mobile and web push, slack, WhatsApp and app inbox. Easily add channels and trigger notifications with a single API. šŸ”ø Visual template editors to design notifications and edit them on the fly, without involving developers. šŸ”ø All channel analytics together at one place. šŸ”ø Automated delivery node to optimise for success of message, instead of blasting the same message on all channels together. šŸ”ø Detailed logs to easily debug the errors on all channels. šŸ”ø Infrastructure with high reliability and low latency, which scales with you. šŸ‘€ Who is it for: Engineering teams and product managers who send important product notifications from their code on multiple channels will benefit the most from SuprSend. From today, anyone can sign up with their business email id, do POC in our sandbox environment, and go on live on production - within a day. Every month, you can enjoy upto 10,000 workflows for free. Additionally, we are offering 50% off on paid plans for 6 months to PH community who signup today - use code PH50. We would love for you all to try the product and give us feedback on how we can make it better for you! ā¤ļø My team and I will be here all day interacting with you all and answering any questions you may have.

@kevin (@nikita_navral1 @gaurav_verma_29 as a tech enthusiasts this is what many big companies was missing and it takes a lot of effort for all to build some pieces of this. This will gonna be a great help for both startups and big enterprises
Gaurav Verma
@mohit_chauhan7 Thank you and yes, we hope so. :) As a dev and CTO this is something always bothered and hence decided to build this myself. Hope it helps devs like you and adds value to your organization as well.
Nikita Navral

Congratulations on the launch guys! Loved the product, especially the logs and analytics part. In my past experiences as product manager, I have always struggled to get real-time insight into my notifications. Also, compiling all the channel analytics in one place was quite time-consuming. SuprSend has really solved this problem for us.
Gaurav Verma
Hi @anjali_arya1 , Thank you for the support.
Nikita Navral
@anjali_arya1 Hi Anjali, definitely. I too spent so many hours in the past collating notifications from multiple vendor platforms, and there was no way to tie the same message together across multiple channels, and look at the notification performance holistically. And the same process repeated for me over and over till we started recording incoming status responses - which obviously was unnecessary effort on engineering side. We have solved this in SuprSend. Try our analytics and let us know what you think :)
Rahul Nair
Looks interesting. Congrats on your launch!
Gaurav Verma
@rahul_nair93 Thanks. Do try us out and share your feedback.

Congratulations on the launch @nikita_navral1 and @gaurav_verma_29 .Been using suprsend for a while now. And being able to send out notifications as a designer, without getting techies involved is a superpower!!! šŸš€šŸš€šŸš€
Nikita Navral
@vaibhavbhalekar @gaurav_verma_29 Hi Vaibhav! We too had a delightful time handling notification usecases of OWN. You have made our product deeper and more robust! Thanks for wonderful feedback. Rooting for OWN guys! :)
divya ahlawat
Congrats on the launch! Product looks super cool, specially the template builder. I work in a B2B2C company, where we have to maintain so many different versions of templates for each of our clients, we have to communicate with our client's customers with client logos, emails, design guideline. Can there be a way to manage them with SuprSend's template builder?
Gaurav Verma
@divya_ahlawat Yes, Every template that you see if Handlebar template. You can pass a brand key which can contain your client logo, name, domain etc and use it to override any part of the content. Please join our slack community and let us know if you face any difficulty.
Nikita Navral
@divya_ahlawat Glad you asked this! Yes, the pain is real - managing multiple version of the same template for different clients is a mess. And making same change across all the templates is even messier. We have solved for that as all the variables like client name, logo, emails, brand guideline can be passed as variables in a single template.
Congrats on the launch! Nice work! šŸ‘

@gaurav_verma_29 @nikita_navral1 Congratulations on the launch. We have been using the product for a while now at One World Nation - A gaming platform in web3. Suprsend enabled us to go live with our notification stack in less than a day. The overall experience has been phenomenal.
Gaurav Verma
@dinesh_goel2 Thank you.
Nikita Navral
@dinesh_goel2 Thanks DG for phenomenal feedback. Loved how you customised the app inbox and toasts for OWN. How is the team?
RUCHI AGRAWAL
Congratulations on the launch guys. Sending notifications without tech help is going to save lot of time and tech bandwidth.
Gaurav Verma
@ruchi_agrawal Thank you so much !
Nikita Navral
@ruchi_agrawal Indeed! Have you given SuprSend a try? Let us know what you think? And do share what you are building, would love to see if we can solve your usecases.
Ankit Agarwal
Congratulations SuprSend team on the launch. We at topmate have been using the platform since the beginning and it has been an amazing experience for us and especially for our users! Loved the product...using SuprSend certainly saved significant bandwidth for our team. Loving every bit of it and looking forward for all the upcoming features :)
Nikita Navral
@ankitagr06 Hi Ankit! How is everyone at @Topmate? Couldn't be more proud of handling Topmate's notification infrastructure and usecases since the beginning. Hopefully we will continue to delight you!
Ankur Singh
Looks great, just one feedback you can slow down the screen recording of the video to normal speed from 'supr' speed.
Gaurav Verma
@singh_ankur Thanks for the feedback. Here is a longer video https://youtu.be/oNhJjh5ZHkU

Woah, single API to trigger all the notification. Interesting product for those who want to retain their users. Congrats Team.

Quick question - We're currently building an NFT based gaming marketplace. Curious if you service Web3 clients too? Can you suggest how SuprSend can help us in building a Web3 marketplace. Right now we're building notifications in-house and would love it if SuprSend could save us some time and resources ;) Btw, product looks very promising. And congratulations on a successful launch. How can I reach y'all to maybe tryout a demo of the product?
Gaurav Verma
@el28n We are "supr" relevant for any company building and sending notifications. Two of our very early adopters are web3 companies and has helped them go live on multiple channels very quickly. Do try us out and you will not be disappointed :)
Nikita Navral
@el28n A marketplace has a lot of usecases of product notifications generating from cross-channel activity. If a guy buys an NFT in marketplace, both buyer and seller have to be informed. Without a reliable notification service in place, the user experience just breaks. We solve by bringing a multi-channel, reliable and scalable notification service, so you don't have to build it yourself. We have a complete self-serve product, do signup on https://suprsend.com/, and you can play around in the sandbox environment.
Congratulations on the launch!
Nimit Makwana
Congratulations on the Launch šŸš€. Have been using the platform for past couple of months and it seems very intuitive and to integrate it took less than a day. As a developer it saves a lot of time in managing integrations for notifications infrastructure. Kudos šŸ™Œ
Gaurav Verma
@nimit_makwana Thanks. Glad that SuprSend has been helpful.
Nikita Navral
@nimit_makwana Thanks Nimit! It has likewise been great working with you. Your feedback on our template editors has helped to make our product deeper. Thanks for letting us take care of your notifications right when we launched! :)
Arjun Kava
Congratulations on the launch. It is a really good problem that you guys have picked. I would love to try it out for Video SDK.
Gaurav Verma
@arjun_kava1 Sure, do try us out and share any feedback that you might have. It would help us to improve our product further for everyone.
Dinesh Singh
Amazing product! Fantastic team! We were one of the early adopters of Suprsend and I am so thrilled to see it live on Product Hunt. It has helped us saved tons of developer bandwidth. Enabled us to experiment with notification. It took us less than a day to move our entire notification system to Suprsend. The APIs are super simple to integrate with. Really lucky to be early adopter of such a fantastic developer-friendly product. Would highly recommend using Suprsend for anyone who sends notifications (Which I guess everyone does :P) They have catered to most of our featured requests and have developed features at an astronomical pace. With such pace they have also managed to keep their platform highly stable. We never had to worry about scale.
Gaurav Verma
@dinesh_singh8 Thank you for your support and for being our first client as well :)
Nikita Navral
@dinesh_singh8 Thanks Dinesh! How are you and rest of the team? Couldn't be happier that you let us handle all your notifications since day 1 of SuprSend. :)
akshay jain
Cracking notification has become a key component in capturing user attention. Sending the same notification across multiple channels is the need of the hour and what you guys have done by enabling every person in the team to be able to do that is truly game changing. Congratulations on the launch @nikita_navral1 and @gaurav_verma_29. Glad our team got to be a early user of the product
Gaurav Verma
@aj_thejain You are right. Not just sending on all channels but also smartly sending. Which is what we do. Have you checked out our 'Smart Delivery' ?? https://docs.suprsend.com/docs/s...
Amit Pareek
Great idea and product @nikita_navral1 @gaurav_verma_29 . Sending notifications across channels and platforms is not an easy task. Any team can relate to the problem and get benefitted by using SuprSend.
Gaurav Verma
@amit_pareek Thank you.
Gaurav Toshniwal
This is one of those things that every company spends time building internally, of course - with a choppy service at best (because sending notifications is not their core product). This makes a lot of sense.
Nikita Navral
@gauravtoshniwal Hi GT! You of all people would resonate with the pain point, as you have been CTO at multiple companies. Hence, we would for you to try the product, and give us feedback, it will matter a lot.
