We're so excited for you all to try this and we can't wait to hear your feedback and suggestions!
@amitav_khandelwal You and SaaSMonk team are rockstars! :) Thanks for your support, and for pushing us for introducing powerful capabilities in the platform.
I've been a user of Suprsend for over two years now, and I can't praise it enough. It's an excellent solution crafted by a skilled teamβtruly commendable work. Suprsend has been a game-changer for us, significantly reducing our expenses and easing our cognitive load by efficiently tackling the notorious challenge of managing the notification layer!
Unlimited feed retention is a big plus. No need to worry about users missing important notifications because of some storage limit. This feels like a great feature for apps with a lot of ongoing activity. Thoughts?
@jonah_lecker Exactly. Its a great channel for engaging with your users if they frequently visit your platform and has some action items that they should look into.
@jonah_lecker Yes, must have for every marketplace, social platform, saas application. Even for B2C applications where all alerts can be centralized in one place. All out-of-all channels like push, email have become too crowded these days to get user attention.
Congratulations on the launch. Inbox playground looks great.
Is there any DPA available? In EU regions, along with GDPR compliance there are certain more things needed now. Would want to check on that
Hey Gaurav,
The concept of a ready-to-integrate notification center is brilliant. It sounds like a game-changer for improving user engagement without the heavy lifting. I'm curious, what was the most challenging part of developing the real-time update feature? Can't wait to see this in action and explore the playground!
All the best with the launch!
@alex_dulub Thank you for the kind words :)
Scaling websockets is the challenging part IMO. Other challenging parts is to have multiple SDKs to support different frameworks.
Seems to be a great product built with edge cases in mind. Not a lot of options are there currently providing support for Flutter, web, and next.js. All the best for the launch. βοΈ
@nikhil_kumar33 hey thanks for the encouraging words! yes, we made inbox feature rich, so companies don't miss out a bit on engaging customers well. Plus it's native, and supports multiple SDKs
