My entire team is really proud to show this product to you.
Since meeting @alirayl at @userconf in SF this year, we've fallen in love with Slack and wanted to give app developers a way to answer questions, collect feedback and build relationships with their users - without having to jump through a bunch of different web apps or ticketing systems.
Take a look at what (I think?) is the first messaging app built on top of Slack - using it to manage communication and not only as a place to get notifications.
Hope you like it! Happy to respond to your feedback :)

I can prove the power Supportkit @3nderapp has been using it for the last couple of months, it's just incredibly useful. And it's pretty, so it won't ruin your UI and branding.
This looks intriguing. Have been looking for a way to create and communicate with a street team of power users, and hoping this might be a better option than a FB group. Or maybe I'm misreading exactly what this does.
@roryreiff You can add the SDK to your app in a few minutes. Once it's set up, you can give your users (or only your power users) the ability to connect directly to your team through Slack without leaving your app.
