@noahkagan Thanks for jumping on here, Noah. I see this as a mashup of Olark and a Wordpress Contact Form. If I have a website with a contact form and Olark already implemented, what major advantage to I have using this?

Thanks for keeping the sweet, sweet marketing tools flowing. Would love to add a couple more fields to the form and the ability to push incoming messages to my CRM, but it's a strong v1.
