I have been associated with Strive as a teacher for four months. It has been an amazing journey so far. I enjoyed when I saw the excitement of kids when they complete their projects. Students are loving it to see how Mathematics is applied in the real world in making really cool things. These classes make students learn the fundamentals of Mathematics and Programming in a very effective manner. This is the constant feedback heard from the kids and their parents who have been learning with us. I wish to learn and teach many more amazing projects to the kids in Strive !!!

Hi Product Hunt. So happy to have @mwseibel from YC hunt us. Strive's mission is to revolutionize math education to be more meaningful and applicable to the real world. When data scientists, engineers or financial analysts do math, they use computers. In real-world maths, computers do almost all the calculating; by contrast, people do all the calculating in educational maths. This makes no sense! In teaching students math that they will never use in the real world, we create formula reciting robots that hate the subject. This not only affects a student's confidence and career choice but in light of AI, if we fail to teach students how to think for themselves and instead focus on teaching them concepts that are trivial for computers, they will be deemed redundant in the 21st-century economy. Hi everyone! For four months I have been tutoring Strive students and it has been such an enriching experience. It is amazing to see that every single student approaches a project from a different perspective. In school students are often taught "the one and only" way to solve a problem, but at Strive the student and the teacher alike are encouraged to be creative and to explore the world of mathematics interactively by means of coding. This is great for all those who love mathematics and look for a way to express this passion. But (maybe even more importantly) this interactive approach also has the power to show students, who did not like maths at all, a completely different side of this subject, which they were not aware of.

Hey everyone, I have been teaching at Strive for the last few months and can confirm that it is a game-changer for education in STEM. The level of innovation and inspiration of the team is really something special, and the content itself/ delivery thereof is refreshing, creative and appealing to kids. I have been a Strive teacher for 2 months now and it has been absolutely wonderful! Strive Focuses on Delivering quality content that aims to "internalize" Math Concepts into kids' minds instead of just knowing or memorizing them! The mindset of Computational Thinking is what really pushes Math, Science & Industry around the world, to find the algorithm and automate the solution NOT to find the formula and practice calculations that computers Can definitely do :)

I'm a student at Strive, and I'm happy to say that it's worth it. Other than coding, I've improved my critical thinking and problem-solving during their classes. I'm super satisfied after each session and I recommend it for anyone who wants to learn coding in an interactive and fun way!

I've just joined Strive to help bridge various gaps and it really does seem like an awesome initiative. They've got a great (new & unique) outlook on how technical education should be given and I, for one, believe it has the potential to completely change the educational paradigm in this area. Also, they've really been a great bunch of people to work with so far! :D

I was a part of HackathonX (A strive math organised event)! My experience there was amazing and well-guided by the Strive Math founders and members. It was great working with them and they definitely made the hackathon one to remember! During the event, the workshops were conducted smoothly and the content was very easy to digest to non-coders! Overall amazing experience and 10/10 would recommend their teaching methodology :))

Hello! I have been a student in strive for a few months now and I have learned so much. I have learned things that I would have never learned in my school. I learned all about how to move shapes and have them follow my mouse using the functions mouseX and mouseY. I have so much fun in class and the time really flies by! The teachers are so encouraging and they guide you every step of the way. Strive is a great way to get better at not just coding, but math too. I have thoroughly enjoyed every class and can’t wait to continue. I am now going to be taking computer science in high school because of this experience!
