Very competitive market. What value will you add that Hired, Vettery and 10 others don't? Startups are definitely more cautious to try new recruitment startups.
@brackin Solid question, looks like you're in the space too. We've found startups excited to try it out, though the value focus is to the engineers - helping them find positions based on their specific interests, so they can consciously design their career moves.
Thanks for the post @kwdinc
Hey ProductHunt!
We built the developer community http://Codewars.com, and got very familiar with how tedious and painful the job search process can be.
We built http://Strive.co to help automate it by using your personal interests to find the most interesting opportunities out there for you. This way your job search can run in the background and connect you to great companies effortlessly.
We've started with remote software positions for strong tech companies, with plans to expand beyond that. Take a look, give it a try. We love to hear feedback!
Really love the site and the concept. One suggestion would be to modify some of the auto-save functions. When typing in a textbox and it is attempting to save on every character typed it can cause some serious lag issues between what is typed and what is showing up on the page. Might want to move some of the text boxes to a save button or put a delay on save.
