Really excited to be back with our Streak AI launch (and thanks @garrytan for the hunt)
We built AI into Streak for two main reasons:
1. We’re in a unique position to help you get better insights from your email conversations, since our CRM is built directly into Gmail
2. Some of the biggest challenges teams have with CRMs are staying on top of data entry, and then finding what they need within that data.

@aleem_mawani2 fantastic feature and it really works! I have boxes that are 7 years old and this AI is what I've been waiting for! Any plans to bring it to the Solo plan?
Streak is the only CRM built directly into Gmail, and their AI is especially powerful because it can help you understand and sort through all of the data in your team's inboxes.
Instead of digging through data and email threads you can ask questions, get deal summaries, and enter data with really simple prompts in natural language. Another big problem with CRMs is how long it takes to get setup, instead Streak just scans your inbox and pulls out the leads for you.
This is going to be huge for managers and team leads who are trying to keep track of a lot of different processes and deals.
Very helpful! Given that it is gmail native are google docs also within it's search parameters? Will Streak replace my current CRM (copper) or does it work along side it? Also does the automation also include the ability to automatically add a prospect to my CRM via an email with that potential customer? Very excited to give this a try.
@terrence_kelleman Currently we don't search attachments that are added to a deal but we'll be adding that soon. And yes we have automations to automatically create leads when a new customer emails you.
You use Streak as a standalone CRM, give us a shot!
Super excited for these features to be added. Through Streak API I have already been mixing my own ai automations for notetaking and even article generation. To have the team come along and continuously improve the product is so exciting! I have been using the formula builder already and was able to make some quick work of some code that would have taken me a few hours to write myself.
@hudsoncreativestudio not a public one. But in general we've been focused on extracting value out of the data already in Streak, next we're going to make it much easier to get data into Streak

in terms of currently released features, will we be able to continue the conversation started through the Question feature? Can these Answers/conversations be automatically saved/tagged?

Congratulations! – this is indeed a noteworthy milestone! Integrating AI into a CRM system like Streak is a tremendous step forward. The automated data entry feature is a game-changer; it not only saves valuable time but also reduces the likelihood of human error, ensuring that data is both accurate and current.
My business runs on Streak and the new AI release is a GAME CHANGER! I use Streak to manage my startup with pipelines for Fundraising, Hiring, Sales, Support... it's really easy to track progress across my team and collaborate on workflows together. However, when a customer deal in our Sales pipeline has dozens of email threads associated, it can be challenging to read through all of it for a quick refresher before a customer call. "Where did this lead come from again? Did we already talk about pricing? What product did they want more info about? Hmmm..." Well, not any more! I can now ask direct questions or generate a short but comprehensive summary of that box with the click of a button, querying my team's emails, comments, and meeting notes. Streak AI allows us to leverage our CRM data in a whole new way 👏.
@tomasmaly when asking it a question you can ask it to respond in any language you want. When it summarizes a deal it'll use the language that most of the emails/call logs/meeting notes are written it. Maybe we should just always use the language you have Gmail set to?
@aleem_mawani2 When I use the summary box, I get the summary in English even though all the emails are in Czech. When I ask a question, it answers in cz, but does not show the Czech diacritics.
This is exactly what I've been looking for! The AI features look incredible.
