Their pitch is a CRM for your inbox, and the CRM aspects are great. But for product management roles, I get way more mileage out of all the other tools they've built for your inbox. View tracking, delayed send, and thread snooze (like boomerang but not nearly as janky) are all powers over Gmail that I keep finding new uses for. The CRM aspects are flexible, and not at all limited to sales-like use cases. Really, any situation where you wish Excel and your inbox worked nicely together is a good candidate. I bet this list has a few ""email's dead"" products on it, but for all the cases where you're still stuck using it, Streak is like having an unfair competitive advantage.
