I am a huge fan of the simplicity and effectiveness of Streak. Having built Sales organizations in the past and implemented both Salesforce and Zoho, I am hugely impressed with what @aloo and the Streak team have accomplished in such a short time. For many of us, traditional CRMs are too robust or ask you to change your workflow. Streak is great because it integrates with my inbox--which is where I already live. At @CowboyVC we use it for both managing dealflow and recruiting. Some of the reporting tools and customization still need to improve, but the core functionality already makes it leaps and bound more effective for us than the alternatives we've seen (both established CRMs and other newer entrants).
