Hi everyone and kudos to @alexd for hunting us (again) We are super happy to present our new set of features for onboarding and product adoption. But first let me tell you a bit about the philosophy of what we built. No matter how good your product is, getting people to start with it is hard. And that’s because they might not all come with the same intent, have the same knowledge about your domain, or about computers in general. Plus, the more powerful your product, the more options it has for people to make the most of it. And even with a great UI, there is little chance people will grasp everything without help. Onboarding and education are often the last things people work on because once the feature is ready, they want to test it or ship it right away. And then, life goes on and it’s time to move on to another project. Even when done well, maintaining and updating this content is hard, because every change requires dev work, and choosing between that and building a new feature is not easy. So here we are with a full solution to empower product, marketing, and success teams with the autonomy they need to improve the adoption of every new feature. This includes: · Product tours · Checklists · Hotspots & tooltips · Banners & Pills · Zapier & Segment integrations And yes, we are working on a mobile version for all of these and hope to be able to show it to you soon. @alexisfogel This is awesome! But what about the fundamentals? Every few days I see Stonly deliver more advanced features but certainly, it seems that there is an oversight on the basic features that users like us desire. I am not a Critic, undoubtedly STONLY is one of THE BEST products in the market but lacks fundamentals. The Customer Experience is another segment of Stonly that is lacklustre in comparison to the product itself. Your CX needs an overhaul, and I am more than willing to provide you with the necessary feedback. I even request your support to connect me to the right person but even after days from putting that request, I have been unable to connect with anyone. It seems that your CX Team was trained in some Government Office😒 Good Luck!
