@robin_choy Thanks a lot. The nice thing is that you can use the targeting feature to display it at the right moment of the experience so it helps making sure it does not appear randomly while people are interested by something else.
The other cool thing is that you can use the power of interactive guides to follow-up with custom answer depending on the score the user gave you 🙂.
The team at stonly has really been doing an amazing job in the last months and I can only imagine how bright the future will be for them 🚀

I’m just about to add Stonly to a new project with many different audiences (companies, universities, schools, individuals, venues). The ability to customize the experience at such a granular level and talk to the user as if you really knew them, combined with its simplicity of use and set-up is what convinced me. Never found a better solution. Kudos to the team.
