Looks cool, but I'd want to see more about what exactly they do. Incorporation in all 50 states? Nice. Do they provide bylaws, stock purchase agreements, 83(b)s, etc?

@danrubins I believe they are reselling CT Corp who owns about 75% of the incorporation market. The prices are less than you would pay CT Corp since they have a volume deal. I met the founder a week ago and was impressed.
Weird, I had a discussion the other day saying someone needed to disrupt this space. The current players - one of which we used, are dated, difficult and rather unpleasant to deal with. Great idea! Will certainly give it ago next time around.
