I'm a super happy customer! We set up stable when we initially started our company and it's one of the best early purchase decisions we've made. UI is super clean and the virtual scans make decisions easy.
@tonyabracadabra Great question! We take security and privacy very seriously at Stable. We comply with strict physical and digital security standards and are fully HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant — so sensitive mail is always handled with care and in accordance with industry best practices.
As for our API, it’s designed to be highly flexible. We’ve seen customers use it to seamlessly integrate mail management into popular tools and even create custom workflows that fit their unique business needs. Looks great. Wish there was a cheaper solution for those that receive very little mail. How would you say it is better than the mail option provided by Firstbase?

Love these guys. I've been using their service since the beginning of the year and it's super breezy (and inexpensive). If I want something scanned, I just click on "Scan" and they do it for me and upload it for me. You can also have stuff shipped to another address. Everything is digitized. Noice!

How do you prevent criminal misuse? e.g., Pig Butchering. Criminals from around the world could leverage a service like this to remain anonymous and the only way to ensure you are providing this service to legitimate businesses would be to have a robust due diligence process in place. Think of the service you offer as a bank allowing clients from anywhere in the world to open a bank account. Given you have no idea who you are dealing with and want to make sure they are not criminals, they would need to ensure they are dealing with a real person, complete an identity check and verify their identity, ensure that the business they conduct is within their risk appetite, that their place of business has a real address, they understand their source of funds and source of funds etc etc.

Awesome to have more locations because a local address is really helpful if you ever need to pick something up in person. (They will always forward, but being able to drop in is easier.)
