Great tool to get my website's engagement going. First no use case, but started it and now I see the results. Still have to find a way to implement into my design workflow. Many ways to improve my Website'S design and its UX.

As a designer I really love to think a little outside the box with this product. Yes it has great marketing applications, but think of all the things you can do with Spott in the education space. It is a super user friendly tool for non-technical users and I love it.

Spott is an absolute must if you own/run an ecommerce site! Conversion rates are notoriously low for eCommerce sites, and some estimates put them as low as 2% . But eCommerce sites that succeed can bring in tens of millions of dollars in sales. Hooking your customers with the right content can drive that success, and this is what Spott allows anyone to do. It's feature-rich with a short learning curve. The best thing about Spott is the ability to put contextual links by your media! The UI could be a little bit easier/friendlier for non-technical people, but this is hardly something to complain about! Spott helps solves a real, financial problem of decreasing shopper engagement and conversion rates. I bought it because they have great clients logos, a great product that solves a problem and it was a great price!
