Having worked on ecommerce solutions for the past 10 years, I keep feeling the pain you're trying to solve every single day, and the data driven solution you're pitching seemed like the obvious miss from the current market. One question though, do you specialize on specific industries?

Hey Everyone, Proud of the team, and to launch Spotrisk. I am really excited and passionate about our product and how it makes e-commerce safer for everyone. The problem impacts all of us, directly and indirectly. As consumers we end up paying more and as merchants it impacts bottom lines, causes anxiety and at worse can destroy businesses. The impact has only grown over the last few years as our buying behaviour has collectively changed due to COVID. Spotrisk is built around the idea of education and community and by bringing merchants together through Spotrisk, we can genuinely help make online commerce safer.

Hey all, Thanks for the support so far! We’re passionate about arming retailers with the right insights and tools to stop fraud before it happens. Brands we’ve worked with tell us that being hit with costly fraud attacks is massively unsettling, and often leads to them being overly cautious with future orders. This causes a lot of stress, wasted time, legitimate orders being mistakenly blocked, and dips in revenue. Our vision is to give store owners peace of mind + confidence, knowing that Spotrisk is working in the background to accurately detect, flag or block potentially risky orders/buyers.
