Love the idea! I'm curious about your ML engine under the hood, what are you using to get this working?

Hey @vincent_audoire1 👋 We're using a combination of different technologies, this includes fine-tuned open-source models for anonymization of all personally-identifiable / confidential data, MongoDB, RDS w/ pgvector, cosine similarity, hybrid search and some of OpenAI's products like the completion and assistants API (with fallback models models at other LLM providers). Let us know if you have any other questions, always glad to exchange ideas on different approaches and best practices 🙌

It would be cool if you could make special groups for super important things. I don't need to know everything I missed, but I want to know about specific things related to my projects in Jira. Like, if I'm working on a project called "Project 1" and it's about making a "User flow change," I want to know if anyone talked about the topics related to Project 1 while I was away within the support channel.
