We really hope this feature will help teams manage shared inboxes more efficiently, collaborate around email and never lose an important message again. We designed Shared Inboxes for Spark in a way that lets you assign emails just like tasks, so that you can always see at a glance who's working on what, which emails have been taken care of, and which ones still need attention.
The feature will be available for Android as well in the coming weeks.
