@everywheresean Hi Sean, inside the bottom half is a mechanism to adjust the weights for the specific camera model to achieve the state of perfect balance. For ultraLUUV the batteries are placed down there and act as counterweights themselves. That helps us to keep the overall weight to a minimum.
