The most added accounts are Facebook and Instagram.
I have been using the Social bu for almost 2 years now. And know the team as well. They are ere to stay and social bu is by far the most complete social media management tool. I wonder whats next?
@zain_sheikh Thanks for supporting us from day one! Next we are going to make our Respond feature more dynamic and powerful. Users will be able to respond incoming messages, comments, and reviews coming from multiple social platforms at once place.
We will introduce intelligent replies, conversation labelling, saved replies and more automations around it.

I am curious to know whether your roadmap has a feature to provide suggestions to the users on what type of content works for them based on the past performance data?
@manitejanoone yes, we do have content performance reports that shows which posts performed best or which hashtag gained more reach then the rest.
Looks like a promising tool to me. Asking out of curiosity, do you guys support follow up comment feature as some other tools do?

Congrats on the launch! As there are a scattering of different social media management platforms out there (SproutSocial, Tailwind, Hootsuite, etc.) what are the USPs of SocialBu? Why would someone who is already using something like SproutSocial want to move their systems to your product? Would love to know!
