About the app! we started with VR and AR apps and ended up with releasing the easiest and most effective option, which is a simple and robust reminder app that notifies while you drink about staying hydrated, taking supplements, taking brakes, choosing healthier drinks etc. You just choose default reminders or add your own (what ever works for you that night).
