I like this concept! I always wake up groggy and I had no idea sleep cycles played such a big role.
It would be awesome if you could add a reminder feature to notify me when it's time to sleep.
As someone who struggles to get a good night's sleep, I'm always looking for ways to optimize my sleep schedule. The ability to calculate the best time to go to bed based on when I need to wake up is incredibly helpful. Definitely going to try this out! Congrats on the launch!
