Hey mates! Looks very promising for early-stage startups without legal advisors on the board. Is the main idea to create something like Clerky but for more countries and more industry-specific?

Congrats on the launch. Looks very intuitive. Do you have like a comparison table for incorporation in different countries? It's actually kind of hard to choose, and most of the tools focus on a particular country - like Osome is for Singapore, and Firsbase is for US. I love how you offer multiple options.

Congrats! This is awesome. Sorting out legal stuff isn't the most fun part of building a business. Having an option to streamline it and focus on building the product is what many small teams can benefit from enormously!

Besides incorporating new companies, do you also do conversion for existing corporations like an S-corp trying to convert to a C-corp or an LLC wanting to convert to a corp or foreign corporations trying to domesticate in a different or new State for US companies. Congratulations on your launch! A very practical stuff, as a founder I can prove legal is a pain sometimes, although, I would move the signup wall further from the user and would make it a one click button instead of a number of fields for manual filling.

I really like the name. It sounds modern, and even for a non-native speaker, I understand the logical connection between your product name and the problems it solves. And to be honest, I'm not a regular crypto user, so even so, this name works for me.

I feel like your product is must for every company. Now everyone company shifted their focus on AI and this product is going in the right direction focusing on AI licenses. Looking forward for to it.

I.e. we are incorporated in Finland but also applied to YC --> Delaware flip ahead if we get in. Don't even want to think how hard it will be 😄 So what you're doing, is definitely needed. Hi everyone, Vasily from Degoverned here! I'm a lawyer by training and a self-taught developer who decided to retire my law diploma for good. I led the development of our platform, which was primarily built on Bubble, complemented by some custom coding.
