TempGenius makes it easier for organizations to find help for specific tasks and gives individuals a way to make some money on the side. When I published my first book, I bought a bunch of copies from the publisher to sell locally, and I had no idea how many miscellaneous problems came up. But the problem is that a small business doesn't necessarily have the money to hire employees to take care of these problems, so that's why I created TempGenius. It's a platform that allows small business owners and startups to take advantage of the talent in their area by bringing people on temporarily for specific tasks. For example, you may have started a bike shop because you know a lot about bikes, but maybe you don't know anything about social media marketing. TempGenius can connect you with someone in your area that has some time on their hands and can help you out with that. TempGenius allows organizations to solve tedious problems in a cost effective manner, and it allows individuals to make some money on the side.
