A little treat for property managers who use Notion. This CRM template is set up in the following way: → Targets section – set the monthly goals for yourself and your team → Landlords section – add landlord’s contact details, their interest level, their Next Contact Date, the expected fees from the rental of their property and more. You’ll also be able to see the Properties, Notes & Tasks connected to the Landlord (using Notion Relation fields) → Tenants section – add similar details to landlord but with status customised to the property rental process steps. → Contractors section – add your preferred contractors. Contractors can be linked to tasks and properties in order to manage real estate maintenance requests. → Tasks section – create tasks, assign to team members and connect to landlord or tenants Notes section – create notes and connect to landlord or tenants → Properties section – add properties being rented (displayed visually in a gallery-style view) and connect to the person renting the property and potential tenants Look forward to any questions you have.
