@maria_brm There is a free tier data limit of 1GB, but you can store as much as you want on our paid plans.
@maria_brm Hi Maria, For now it's all free as we are in the last months of our preview. We have released our tentative pricing here: https://www.serverless.com/cloud.... After going into GA, there will be 5 GB of data available monthly.

The process of creating a backend for your application can be difficult, time-consuming, and often involves a lot of trial and error. But it doesn't have to be difficult. Great product, I always love your releases. Even though I have enough experience in Lambda, Dynamo etc., my next project would definitely be with Serverless Cloud. Dev loop is fast. Also I love how you abstract away the storage, events, crons with just code compared to maintaining Cloudformation/Terraform with lots of verbosity.

As soon as I saw a new product called "Serverless Cloud" on the site of the well-known Serverless framework, I immediately realized that this is what many developers were looking for. What should be in the modern era of technology and automation. Now you do not need to do the same things every time - setting up the entire complex architecture, and then maintaining it, taking care of security, reviewing and connecting newer and often complex solutions. Now Serveless Cloud does it all for us, providing the essentials and best practices right out of the box.
I believe that the importance of this project is difficult to overestimate. As for me, this is at the level of Elon Musk's projects. This is what changes our world, makes it better.
Having tried Serverless Cloud on several projects, I got a very pleasant experience. It is also very valuable that there is live feedback from the developers, they quickly respond and help in solving problems. Despite the fact that the project was still in the "live preview" stage, I was not afraid to use it in production, and did not regret it. Everything is done qualitatively and responsibly.

I've been using Serverless Cloud for a few months now, and it's been a fantastic experience!
As someone who's built and managed a bunch of Serverless applications at work, the speed (!!) of deploying changes was a massive improvement (seconds instead of minutes). Being able to deploy a new environment or even a dedicated preview environment for a branch is a game-changer (I'm hoping to see automatic per-PR environments soon!).
The lack of YAML is a breath of fresh air - it really reminds me of how it felt pushing an app to Heroku for the first time a decade ago.. the infrastructure just gets out of your way - just write your code and go. I was able to build https://whoami.tobalabs.com in about 15 lines of code (and 2 node packages).
As it's built on top of ExpressJS, there's also a large ecosystem of tools that are available to be plugged in. I was surprised at how easy it was to be able to integrate Sentry error reporting and performance monitoring into my apps.
They've been adding new features and abstractions like object storage and event driven functions quite quickly. If they could add some functionality like easy SSO authentication and improved integration with the larger cloud ecosystem so that apps can be integrated with the rest of your services, that'd take things to the next level.
Overall, I have a tough time seeing why I'd ever start another personal project using anything else right now (I'm hoping it'll also be similar to Heroku when it hits GA from a side-project cost friendliness point of view).

Authentication is on top of our list for a very long time and I think its time has come now. So expect to hear more about it!
About integrating with larger ecosystems, there's actually nothing that prevents our users to integrate with any system using our secrets. (As you did with Sentry) However, we would like to bring some more native support for such integrations with partners like AWS, FaunaDB, Planetscale, Upstash and more.
In terms of pricing, it'll be way friendlier than Heroku for sure. Our free tier will host at least a side project or maybe two or maybe ten :) I need to say that it's completely free for now as we are still in preview.
I'm a front-end developer and it usually takes me a while to set up a new project and the necessary environment to create a site. But with the help of serverless cloud, it was easy for me to do this in a few minutes. In my opinion, this is the most correct and modern approach to web development. Recomend for everybody!
So excited to see this finally launched to the masses. I have really enjoyed the development experience so far. Congrats on the launch guys, Can't wait to se more going forward.

Serverless Cloud is quite the tool for builders.
Been using it for 3 months now and honestly impressed by how smooth and efficient it is for prototyping and scaling apps, fast. I was hooked the moment I discovered you could use SC to really focus on the business logic, without having to put much thought into complicated configuration procedures (goodbye .yaml!).
The CLI is intuitive and eases testing a lot, and the dashboard has a stright-to-the-point design while including some very useful features that allow for testing, monitoring and deployment.
I have built 4 apps now with SC, and it seems like the team behind really listened and acted upon the feedback that came after the Serverless Framework. The community is already strong so I'm confident they'll keep iterating this product + start including way more integrations with third-party apps (that are much needed!).
Super recommend Serverless Cloud for builders of any kind, startups and bigger companies as well.

I've used Serverless Cloud and it was REALLY good. I've converted one of my existing production services relatively shortly (1-2 days) and it works like a charm. Love it!
This is one of those products that I wish existed when I was a freelance developer, it would have made my life so much easier. Now, as a Developer of a much more advanced platform, Serverless Cloud has been a dream to work with. I cannot recommend Serverless Cloud enough.
