Looks cool Casper. How long did this take to build?
Casper Brix
@giomate It's based on my work the last couple of years with companies and my book "The Paradox of Plenty" so it's taken some time - but now it's time to share some of the most popular tools 🚀

Hey Hunters! 👋 Did you know the average employee spends up to 56% of their workweek just figuring out what to do? Or that 70% of employees say the volume of information is their biggest challenge? 😳 We’re overloaded, and it's making us less effective. The tools we use to manage tasks won’t help unless we get the basics right: prioritization. 🎄 With Christmas around the corner, it’s the perfect time to reflect and set ourselves up for a more productive 2025. And I’ve got something special to help you do just that. This year, I’m sharing the best tools from my Effectivity Playbook — a collection of battle-tested strategies that have helped 100+ companies grow by doing one simple thing: 💡 Doing less, but achieving more. You might be thinking, “Who is this guy, and why should I care?” Here’s the TL;DR: 👉 I’m a bestselling author on decision-making and effectiveness. 👉 I’ve launched, scaled, and sold companies. 👉 Through it all, I’ve learned one golden rule: Prioritize the right things — it beats doing more every time. But here’s the problem we’re all facing today: Distractions. Emails, meetings, Slack messages… it never ends. Without the right tools, we get trapped in the “efficiency trap”: Quick, easy tasks that make us feel productive but don’t grow our companies. Aka, low-value work that eats up our time and energy. The good news? I’ve helped business leaders cut 50% of their time spent on low-value tasks. Now, I’m sharing those tools with you. Introducing the Effectivity Playbook: 📘 A playbook filled with strategies that have helped 100+ companies become more effective. 🎧 An audiobook version for learning on the go. 📖 Plus, a copy of my bestselling book, The Paradox of Plenty. You can get FREE access to all the tools by signing up for my Substack, where I share weekly updates and strategies to help you rethink your time management and make 2025 the year of doing less — but doing it better. But for those serious about prioritizing their work and taking their effectiveness to the next level, you can get the full Effectivity Playbook with 90% off (just $9, down from $89) when you buy the book, which includes: ✅ Text and audiobook versions of the playbook ✅ Implementation guides ✅ Direct access to all the tools Use code: PHUNT90 at checkout — offer valid until December 25th. ✨ First come, first served! Merry Christmas and happy scaling, Casper 🎅

Congrats on the launch, Casper! 🎉 Prioritizing the right things can make such a big difference, and it’s clear the Effectivity Playbook is built with that in mind. Love that it’s based on strategies already helping so many businesses. Excited to see how it helps more people win back their time!
Casper Brix
@bilalasif Thank you, I appreciate it 🙏

This feels so timely and well thought-out. Prioritization really is the missing piece in most productivity setups, and The Effectivity Playbook seems like a great way to cut through the noise and focus on what truly matters. Congratulations @casper_brix on putting this together!
Casper Brix
@nicolas_garcin Thanks, Nicolas - that means a lot!
Kate Prasniak
Congrats on the launch @casper_brix! How do you suggest handling "urgent" requests from colleagues/bosses while maintaining focus on high-value work?
Casper Brix
@kate_prasniak Thank you, Kate! Depends on the channel if it’s phone or email/slack? I recommend you reading about the email strategi and one communication channel. It’s about becoming proactive in when to engage as not to sit waiting around for other people, stopping you from being able to do high value work.
