I started at Savology about a month ago, and one of the main reasons I joined was because I loved the idea that Savology was working to make sophisticated financial planning accessible to everyone.

I’ve been fortunate to know the Savology team for some time now (previously working for the company as Head of Marketing) and have been eagerly waiting for the launch of Savology Plus, their premium financial planning memberships, for the last couple of months!
Big shoutout to Spencer, Jordan, Tim, and Jud for making a splash in the fintech scene and for bringing sophisticated financial planning to the people who need it the most.
I'm excited to see these new premium features in action for myself! Speaking of which @scbarclay @judkennedy @timhecht how can new users/plan members talk with financial experts/coaches, is it facilitated entirely through chat?

To answer your question: With Savology Plus, financial coaches are reachable by chat and email. This will help bridge the occasional divide between automated technology and human interaction.
Without revealing too much ahead of time, we are still working on Savology Pro where our coaches will be available for 1-on-1 planning calls or texting as well.
@scbarclay That is incredible! This will be a real game-changer for individuals and households looking to get that extra direction without having to worry about paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for advice every time they need to touch base with an expert.

Savology Plus is a long time in the making. This is a big step in the right direction towards our mission of improving the financial lives of millions of Americans.
After building free financial plans for tens of thousands of users, we learned the things that people want and need to be successful with their financial planning without the full cost of traditional financial planning.
With Savology Plus, we added the ability to connect outside accounts to keep plans updated and we added financial coaches to provide personalized help when technology alone doesn't cut it. This comes in addition to our core financial plan, report card, and action items that have already been well received.
