I can also see several other industries benefitting. Rupert setting trigger alerts for support ticket escalations in customer service or even sending critical updates to staff about patient care or facility operations in the healthcare space. The simplicity is amazing! I really like having the ability to choose any new data points I want to track and have an alert easily pushed to slack (I usually have to wait for the data team to set up a dashboard so I can monitor). This also enables me to set up small tracking alerts that are too small to dashboard, but still interest me as a PM. Good work!
