Hey Folks, so if someone us using Gaisight, Productboard, Asana, Walkme, Gong and Salesforce, are you saying you will replace everything? And how does the transition really work given a lot of people would be on the fence, initially.

We focus specifically on the onboarding and implementation phase of the customer journey, where there is a need to project manage, collaborate internally and externally (with clients and partners), communicate effectively, manage resources, track time, and bill clients with accuracy.
So Rocketlane >> Asana/Productboard + Slack + Email + Google/MS Docs + Resource Management (E.g. Harvest) + Time Tracking + Project Accounting (Kantata or Certinia)
It replaces them all!
Tools like Gong (call recording), Walkme (user onboarding), Gainsight (customer success) come at different points in the customer journey. We do push data into Gainsight for CS teams proactively monitoring implementation. As for Salesforce, we have a tight-knit integration that pulls/pushes relevant data to equip you with everything you need to service your clients.

Rocketlane seems like a game-changer for customer success teams. What inspired its development?
@iqra_naseem Iqra, we faced problems ourselves in running Implementation projects in a previous venture. Especially for large customers. We felt there was a wider problem around client facing project delivery. Validated that with many teams and figured we could go beyond just project collaboration and help services teams run their business better overall.
@iqra_arif we have native integrations for salesforce and hubspot, but can also integrate to any other CRM through our smart middleware
