What's the price? Nothing, not even an estimate.

If/When they upgrade this to outdoor...I think it's going to be huge. Especially for people who live in a remote country area. It is super sci-fi...and I think that's why I want it!

Cool, but if I’m a thief (with a mask) I’ll bat the shit out of it.

This would totally freak my dogs out.

@ejsnowdon Heh, in my head this is a rather expensive cat toy
Emily Hodgins
@shloky haha between this and my roomba my dogs would either be totally entertained by all my expensive in-home gadgets, or lose their minds.
Ilia Kukharev
When it will be available?

Also can we please appreciate the acting of the thief in the video?

It's so weird living in a time when the sci-fi shows of my childhood are coming to life 😅

@calum Seeing a crime deterrent, no matter what form always makes me feel unsafe. Like when you see armed officers at banks. So I guess seeing this in someones home, I would guess they live in a bad area. and totally agree, pretty sci-fi-y!

Someone needs to create a Half-Life Combine drone mod for it tbh
@calum Skinning this to look like your favorite sci-fi drone is gonna be a whole thing I feel. Also this kinda looks like a Ghost from the game Destiny.

@abhishekuniyal Haven't seen Oblivion but these look great

Can’t decide if I want to use this with the new puppy. Pros and cons

Now if it could shoot nerf darts that would be an immediate buy for me

Imagine having home invasions as such a large problem that you need to devise a device to keep people from robbing you. Are we getting to a point where band-aid tech is being made to treat symptoms, rather than directly going for the cause? Is inequality or social problems THAT bad in which every place this was made? With that said it is cool that things like this ARE being made to treat problems and the design is sleek and doesn't look so intrusive itself.

I can see the appeal for people who are often traveling or not in their homes. What I'd really like to see is a rugged, outdoor version that monitors your property while you're away and when you're sleeping inside.

No flying cars yet? What kind of future is this? 😅

This is so funny. We were thinking of having human figure on our roomba to wander around the house to prevent thieves lol this just reminds me of that idea with more money 😂Love it!

hah, crazy

Hard pass on this one. Makes more sense to have outside for 360 perimeter view.

Most audacious product launch in a bit—Bezos wasn't kidding around when he talked about going for home runs and not being scared of complete flops.
