Does it link to some ATS system so we can see whats the ATS score as well as other things the ATS is picking up?

@daryllman Hey Daryll, thanks for the comment - can you clarify what an "ATS Score" is?
@rezi I'm not an expert in this field but "ATS score" is what I remember as - the score when you put your resume through some form of ATS system. Probably aint using the right term. I tried at a few online platforms and they gave some kind of standard score out of 100.

@rezi @daryllman Ah! In that case "ATS Score" is nothing more than the marketing term used by ResumeWorded to quantify how many keywords pulled from the job description are in your resume content. Overall, I think ResumeWorded is a great but incomplete resource for creating a resume!
@rezi ahh I see, great to know. So usually for companies, what do they use to filter off resumes if they don't use the 'ATS score'? (Previously thought maybe the score is used as a gauge e.g. resumes with top 10% ATS scores will be read by a real recruiter)

@rezi i mean, this is cool, maybe i am old-school i still think resume should be rather written by human :-)
@rezi @vladojsem Truth of the matter is: in 2021 you might actually need a bot to write CVs for... (surprise surprise) bots! It's shocking, but most CVs are vetted and filtered out by ATS bots before a human even gets to lay her/his eyes on it. I read somewhere that around 85% of CVs submitted for any application (to bigger companies, that is) are filtered out by bots. Criteria include: does the CV include the right keywords? The main problem that I've encountered is that AI is still too dumb and requires you to have the exact same keywords as the job ad, regardless of synonyms you might be using already, and doesn't infer skills (namely, soft skills) from the CV. Having a bot write the CV for you to game ATSs in 2021 is, for me, just a symptom of how broken the whole job market is, starting with LinkedIn, the biggest (and dumbest) ATS of them all...
@rezi @vladojsem 💯. A good resume is specific to why you are qualified for the job you are applying for. A generally trained algorithm can't do either of these.
@rezi @vladojsem Hey Vlad - we measure the aggregate quality of the resumes created on Rezi using the Rezi Score - all resumes have a Rezi Score based on how well they follow the best practices we set fourth. A lot people getting caught up with ATS - but, we'll know if this is a good feature over time as the average Rezi Score either increases or decreases. It's our unbiased way to know whether or not features we release result in creating a better resume.
@rezi @vladojsem @rileytomasek We could extend our GPT-3 integration to do this quite easily (as along as OpenAI allowed the use-case)

Anywho, I do hope you also help address or put guardrails around ensuring that what's generated the job seeker actually has experience doing and can do. Anything I'm sure will help.

and my reply - "however, this applies to any resume written with AI or not. It is up to the job seeker to be ethical."
In short, verifying resume content would be akin to an entirely new product - more along the lines of background checking rather than a resume builder.

@sadamiak Right - even of the resumes we review that are created in the app - the average Rezi Score (which measures resume quality) is just about 69. Which is pretty lazy. We are sure this will help job seekers create better resumes!
I have a hard time creating a resume, and I am not aware that many companies are using ATS nowadays. Rezi saves me a lot of my time creating ATS-optimized resumes. The A.I. scoring especially helps a lot :D
The App is epic. I have had more interviews with this version of my cv than my old one. Its so easy to use and simple to understand.
UPDATE: It's now even better. The AI writer helper is amazing.

Have been using Rezi for over a year now (through a great deal on their Rezi Pro plan), mainly for the great ATS capabilities, and in that time the product functionality must have grown at least 10x. So you know there is a great development team and clear roadmap. I would back any of their products. Great and constant communication with users as well.
@rezi would be great to see enhancements on the cover letter functionality with the view of building it out into a value proposition for job seekers. Many job seekers have to cold call on employers, would give them a fantastic advantage if their value proposition is stand out must-see quality.
I've been very impressed with Rezi since adopting it. I've seen my interview hit rate increase dramatically from a low 0 using a competitor platform, so this may turn out to be a game changer for me. Enjoy the UX, the support is great and looking forward to turning this app into a big swinging home run.

Most competitors are many years old and have all focused on "modern, graphical, or the worst adjective for a resume, eye-catching" - However, we know that job seekers these days need a different type of resume to be competitive in the increasingly automated hiring process. What an awesome idea, definitely makes creating or tweaking your CV easier and produces a better product, which is very important in these difficult times.
Rezi was already cool by using AI to analyse how good your resume is. This to me was a feature like I have never seen before. Now with some more AI tools, it helps non-native English speakers like me to succeed in writing the sharpest resumes for international companies. Congrats on implementing Rezi 3.0. Rezi helped me wife get a job after she was laid off in May 2020 when covid-19 struck. Jeaalous of her success, I tried Rezi. Wasn't as lucky as her but right now, I have secured 3 interviews.
