It's a great problem to be solving. I know that companies with product and market researches start with survey and experience management tools like Survyemonkey and Qualtrics. Would this be an extension to taking action on feedback gathered through them in addition to insights gathered through customer colleagues?
@hoangspham Thanks Hoang! Yes, we plan to integrate with all these tools in future so that we can create a central node between research inputs and insight outputs!

Congrats on your launch, this looks like a very promising product. I guess this has been the missing link for a lot of customer-centric teams. Could you maybe describe some of the current situations you think teams will migrate from when they start using this platform?

We find that most companies -if they have a current solution- are using some hacked together process between emails, slack, documentation (e.g. notion, confluence, google docs)...it all gets mixed up and scattered.
Our goal is to fix that!
Wow! Reveall looks like the next big CRM in the market. An active blog section would help onboard many customers. LMK if you want strategised and structured blog content for Reveall.

After spending the last years working with companies of all shapes and sizes, @marcelhagedoorn and I have experienced first hand how hard it can be to gather and share customer data and insights.
