Do you want to feel more productive during retrospective meetings?
RetroAlly is specifically built with the purpose of helping teams improve by getting the most out of their retrospective meetings.
With RetroAlly anyone can host a retro like a pro.
Hello Product Hunt! đ Iâm beyond happy to share with you the launch of RetroAlly.
Continuous improvement is deeply embedded in our culture, but remote work has made retrospective meetings a bit more challenging for us, since being all together in the same office space to brainstorm ideas was essential for our practice. Iâm sure weâre not the only ones affected by this. Thatâs why we built RetroAlly: a platform to held effective remote retros, allowing teams to engage in fruitful discussions and come up with action plans to improve in the next iteration.
Weâve made the app to make our lives easier, and hope itâll make yours too. The setup wizard asks you a couple of questions to understand whatâs going on with your team and suggests the best alternative from a wide range of formats. It also helps you stay on track with each phase, with dedicated time slots so everyone can speak their mind while staying on time.
RetroAlly is the right fit for any company, from a small team up to a large organization. You can organize the different teams and keep track of whatâs discussed separately.
đ For this amazing community, weâve setup a 20% promo code off a paid plan. Use PdctHntRA to benefit from it. Also, the product is 100% risk free, with our 45 day money-back guarantee.
Lastly, a big shout out to the fantastic team for making it a reality. Thank you thank you â¤ď¸
@david_glass tons! From different activities depending on the team's context, to built-in moderation, as well as action items tracking. It's specifically for retrospectives.
You can definitely have a group meeting on a different platform and use a Google doc for example to collaborate, like thousands of teams do. But the experience of taking all the overhead out of the people and let RetroAlly take care of that for you is priceless, and one that you wouldn't like to go back after trying.
