Retrium gives you access to popular retrospective facilitation techniques and includes features to help your team feel safe, prioritize follow up, and track progress. We help teams - colocated and distributed - have successful retrospectives every single time.

I’ve been using retrium to conduct weekly retrospectives with my geographically dispersed team since June ‘19. I love it; my whole team loves it! An agile coach recently inspired me to try the “team radar” feature. We struggled with defining the spokes on the radar as a team, but it was very enlightening for me as PO. I’d love to use retrium with others outside of my immediate team to conduct broader retrospectives after various initiatives are completed. I believe this is possible now with my membership - looking forward to trying that out without requiring everyone to set up an account for a one-off retro.

@kristenomics Love to hear from a happy Retrium user! Team Radar is a pretty unique feature; super happy you are finding it useful. If you want to conduct retros outside of your immediate team, you can create new team rooms and set them to "Public". This will make it so that anyone can join the retro without setting up an account. Hope that helps!

Hey PH! My name is David. I co-founded Retrium because of a personal pain point (I couldn't figure out how to run a good retro with a distributed team) and didn't want anyone else to experience the same problem. As the world is making real changes in their personal and professional lives in response to the coronavirus pandemic, more and more people are looking for resources and tools to help them make this transition. This is why we’re launching Retrium here today. Here are some of the benefits of using Retrium: 🎉 Keep your retros fun and engaging via a wide variety of facilitation activities, including Lean Coffee™, Start Stop Continue, Team Radar, and more 🎓 No facilitation experience? No problem! Retrium teaches you about facilitation as you run your retro 🌤 Maintain psychological safety and eliminate groupthink with private brainstorming 🎯 Teams can work together to group similar topics into themes 🥇 Prioritize your discussion based on dot voting ⏱ Keep your team focused by timeboxing discussion ✅ Follow through on your action items by maintaining an action plan (or export it and view it elsewhere!) 📚 Look back at prior retrospectives to remember what you talked about last week, last month, or even last year Retrium is always free for 30 days and you can start your free trial by signing up at Retrium.com. I’d love to hear any and all feedback from the PH community on how we can make Retrium better fit your needs, especially as teams are actively looking for more tools that help remote teams be successful. And, of course, if you have any questions, I’d love to connect directly or through the comments below. Stay safe, David

I used Retrium last week to facilitate a LeanCoffee conversation (Not just Retros) among a group of Certified Scrum Trainers. Trust me facilitating, facilitators is hard. Retrium helped me.
David Horowitz
@mlevison That's great to hear! I'll share with the team :)

This is a great tool to use for agile teams. Whether in the same room/building or all over the world, it's a real time tool that allows you to run organized retrospectives for your teams. I have been using this tool for about 3 years now and it continues to grow and improve. The team at Retrium listens to your feedback and implements new functionality and UI improvements to better facilitate retros. Their customer success managers are always super helpful and willing to help out however they can.

Great to see you here @joe_akaki! So happy Retrium has helped you and your teams :)

Retrium is our trusted friend for team retrospectives and small creative workshops. We cherish the ease of setup and facilitation. Retrium has helped us to focus on our conversations, not on the tool. The only drawback so far is that the licensing model makes it difficult to use Retrium with our training groups. With Retrium, running our biweekly retrospectives has become easy. Last not least, the small team is responsive. They have continuously integrated suggestions and new frameworks into their application. Retrium is the go-to retrospective tool for distributed teams.

@andreas_schliep Love this and so happy that Retrium has helped you and your teams. What can we do to help you with licensing for your training groups?
Andreas Schliep
@ds_horowitz Miro is offering day passes for occasional members. Mural has an anonymous edit access. Something along the lines. I would pay rather an extra subscription fee than having to add occasional people as team members.
David Horowitz
@andreas_schliep Great feedback! We recently introduced Public Team Rooms which might help. Public Team Rooms make it so that anyone can instantly join a retro without registering for an account. Of course, you can also set your team room as "Private" which would force everyone to register before joining the retro (this can help with psychological safety of knowing exactly who is there). And since we don't charge per user, there's no need for "day passes"!
