While I prefer to write my own responses, I believe tools like ReplyBoard and ReplyMind can definitely help provide a starter to your thoughts and cultivate them into more thoughtful responses before you post them, especially, for non-English native speakers who often find it challenging to write articulately. Interesting comments on here - for those who are not full time marketers trying to gain an edge in the PH space; Running a regular business is extremely time consuming and nearly impossible to maintain any level of consistency amidst the continual surprises and attention grabbing fires that need to be put out. If your business itself is marketing then yes you should be interacting directly - it's your brand - but for the rest of us it's not so easy. For inventors, founders and actual creators it's not so simple. When we fall of the wagon of responding and fail to meet the demands as slaves to the algorithm we get unfairly punished with lower ranking or worse - upset customers who didn't get a response. I'm excited to try this out to know that I won't get punished for trying to be a founder but that I can pick up the convos where they left off when my time allows again.

Visiting site and a giant ad covering the landing page asks me to grab it now for 49$. No ad close button, clicking on background doesn't close it, no way to even have a look at the site. You are forcing users to click on Grab It Now. You might want to look into it, as this comes as very bad marketing even if it wasn't intended.

Great idea to support social media managers or marketers, for sure. Nowadays, there are so many social channels that it can feel quite overwhelming. But also, there is definitely more emphasis on authentic interaction. So how do you make sure we keep the authentic part of social communication?

Amazing (and great video)! However, I prefer when people answer me with their own mind. I doubt that the answers such a system can generate will often be useful for the RECIPIENTS.
