NYC real estate is horrible. I don't look at ANY apartment without checking Rentlogic first
Pros:super easy to use. makes the screening process much faster by avoiding flagrantly crappy buildings.
Cons:somewhat worried about false negatives - high ratings for crappy buildings that just haven't had complaints filed formally
