Wow, this is a very thoughtful product, the way Relay leverages AI, but still allows human to be in control. Will definitely give this a try! Also love how the interface is very clean and easy to use.
I guess technically, you can build out several AI agents who do different part of the jobs. For example, you can have different agents with different LLM to check each other's work or focus on specific tasks they are good at.
Checked out the onboarding, and I think you should add PH to the "How did you hear about Relay.app?" drop down!
Also just a thought, would it make sense to leverage reverse trial here? If the user is free to create tons of automations and invite their team members, I think they would be more likely to subscribe to paid tiers once their trial ends.

@tonyhanded good question. it is a reverse trial conceptually in that users in the free tier get access to all of the features and we haven't seen the 200 automation limit be a blocker to trying it out. but let's see!

@henry_scott_green Thank you! It's been incredible to see what people have done with these AI steps thus far. One customer prompted an AI model to generate JSON to use that with a custom HTTP request automation - blew my mind! 🤯
Very cool. Huge fan! What are some other examples of the human in the loop workflows that it can do besides the contract approval message in Slack?

I love Relay so much and use it all the time! I have Relay crating automatic meeting notes for me in Notion every time I take a zoom meeting, linking my fireflies call recording to my Notion notes page, and adding zoom/meet links to blank calendar invites. I've introduced Relay to countless people and they all love it! I've also worked with Relay as head of partnerships for Smartsuite.com and can tell you they are an awesome partner! If I had to bet on the next big automation company in the age of AI it would def be Relay! Relay is easy to use and very intuitive. Relay is very advanced and innovative with aI and human in the loop. If you are evaluating automation tools for your team I'd see no reason not to go with Relay! The cherry on top? Jacob and the entire team are absolutely awesome! I've personally interacted with many/most of them and there's no doubt in my mind this company will be a household name in the coming years! Rant over!
Hey, really interesting product!
I love the structuring & human-in-the-loop elements, which would prevent a lot of errors proactively that happen with these types of tools. I'm curious if the entire flow would be generated automatically from just the prompt at some point, so one can just prompt and the entire automation workflow is created?

As someone who works constantly with Make and Zapier, I can confidently say Relay is a game-changer. It's rare to find a tool that's both innovative and user-friendly, but Relay nails it. The interface is intuitive, making complex automations accessible even to newcomers. What impresses me most is how it pushes the boundaries of what's possible in automation, without sacrificing ease of use. We love Relay and are excited about the launch.
